What protein is lean protein to avoid building bulky muscles?
Q. I'm 16 years old and recently taken to the habit (in the past year built up) to running every day nearly. I usually run around 2-4 miles a day but I've been trying to drop bulky muscle in my legs and everywhere and slim out my body. I was wondering what kind of protein and foods should I eat or stay away from to avoid building bulky muscles? I tend to stay away from packaged foods but I need a boost.

A. ... Forget everything you think you know about eating protein and building muscle. You can eat anything you want, and if you continue running, you will eventually slim out your whole body. And i doubt its 'bulky' 'muscle' in your leg, just fat.
